When can we expect the official announcement that he's gone?

Gutted but trying to stay calm and think positives. 7m compensation would buy a decent player, were in the group stages again I do feel that the mole was starting to tactically work Ange out. The difference in quality and squad was what got us through.

I think our biggest fear is who we will get next

If we don't get one by 6, I suspect both clubs will announce it tomorrow.

    It’s embarrassing.

How dare Ange plan for the future. He should have known Spurs would come in for him!

Not a chance will Ange be managing City in a few years. Well, maybe a City of some sort, but it won’t be Man City, that’s for sure. I’ll be amazed if he is still Tottenham manager come the end of the season.

Dissapointing if true, I am all for people improving their lot but the false promises and statements over the last few weeks just show he is no Celt.

Big summer but most summers are for us but it's no a rebuild. Abada, Hatate, Turnbull.. Hatate is the only one id be bothered about.. again I wouldn't be too bothered about O'Reilly..

Jota and Kyogo should fetch serious cash, that's if and its a big If they are sold.

Big summer but we have the core of a team that just won a treble.. my opinion anyway

    Chin up fellow Celts!

Yes it's hurting at the moment but let's not forget, we are still the top team in Scotland! We move on, we won trophies before he was here and we will continue to do so now he's gone.

Let's roll on now to next season where the champions league awaits us and I am sure we will continue our dominance within scottish football

    Hail hail!

Don't think we'll sell Jota this summer, still has 4 years left on his contract and he seems to absolutely love it here, I think he'll also want one more crack at the CL.

Biggest worries are Hatate and Kyogo, I think Hatate was gone even if Ange stayed tbh, but Kyogo is a worry now.

I do wish him all the best. I think he was different to other managers in the past in that he would have turned down the likes of Brighton, Palace, Leeds etc all day to stay here. I think like the rest of us he was surprised Spurs wanted him. I certainly didn’t see it coming. It was too big a job to turn down.

Good luck to him - came in at a time we had just lost the league and has won 5/6 trophies. I’m not going to slate him, up to the board now to bring in a quality manager & we move on.

We’re in the champions league and have a solid team so we may be able to attract quality.

If that rumours are true that he will pay £30m to bring Kyogo to Spurs I’d be happy tbh. Brilliant player but £30m for a guy pushing 30 is not the type of deal we can afford to say no to.

Aye we're no just gonna suddenly sell every *..

Abada will go (hot and cold anyway. Can be upgraded)
O'Riley might (good player but I feel like we can upgrade also)
    Turnbull (don't care)

Don't see Hatate, Kyogo or Jota going unless it's silly money. I don't see that coming for Jota. The other two? Possibly but I don't see both going. Maybe one..

We've got a lot of these players tied up so we're in the driving seat still..

I genuinely get the impression he probably never expected one of the 'bigger' sides in England to come in for him. From a footballing standpoint I can understand why he is moving but it's hard not to feel like he just strung us along for 2 years with the quotes
