He’s an intelligent guy and not as self absorbed as Rodgers so he’ll do it in a classier way. Ultimately though, it’s pretty much the same thing.

Even the way he's talking now it just sounds like it's the end. Everything's in past tense and reflective.

    So * obvious, man.

This argument actually influences his bargaining position with Tottenham. I don't think the terms they would offer are even that great financially. And Levy certainly won't hand over the reins of the club as a whole to an unproven manager. The rumors are going to lead to one big...nothing. It is too early for Ange to leave. Once he leads us to say...an EL quarterfinal, then he will be respected in Europe.

Absolutely gutted. I am in no doubt he is away after watching pre and post match interviews. As a club we need to learn from this though, arguably our two best managers of the decade in the snake and Ange have moved on to what could be considered big English clubs (to a degree). We need continuity, we need to find a manager that likes the Ange style of football, get the kids playing that kind of football and have continuity over decades.

Lennon, deila, Brendan and Ange all have very different styles of football, there really isn't any continuity there. Successful manager will unfortunately move on, does mean our set up has to

Not sure how to take this to be honest, he clearly doesn't want to answer if he'll be here next season but he also says some of the players wont be which is interesting.

His answer on the bbc was a disgrace. Seeing Desmond and Lawwels faces tripping them on tv, it’s obvious, he is being as noncommittal with them, which is no good as we have next season to plan for. Ange forgets that he would still be in Japan if it wasn’t for Celtic.

Looks all day long he's gone from those recent interviews. Staying tight lip incase the Spurs talks break down. He will go if offered by the looks of it.

Corberan at West Brom would be my choice. Took over when they were rock bottom of the Championship and from there using Bruce's dug meat squad got them to withhin a baw hair of the play offs, imagine what he could do with a squad as strong as ours. Passionate guy, likes to attack and is a fitness fanatic who come up under Bielsa. Leeds are sniffing around him but we can offer him the UCL. That might be enough to tempt a few ambitious young attacking minded managers to us.

Con would be do we just find ourselves in the same boat a year or two from now when am EPL club comes calling? But I think we just need to take it a season at a time and worry about that when it comes. If we have a strong spine we should be able to cope with managerial changes. If this is going to be the cilmate going forward we need to adapt.

The odds now on Betfair are down around 4/11 @ 1.37. Everybody must be reading the same from the interviews

Say he does just that and then looks to leave (and I guarantee you some would still be *)….where does he go that presents a better opportunity than Spurs?

I dont why but hiring managers from the championship gives me the fear. But yeah I know if he does well he will probably leave for the EPL at the first chance. I would prefer that though than a dull boring steady Eddie type that's maybe did all they can in the EPL

There is definitely more to this, feels like it could be a board issue? Did they try to pull rug from under his feet? Did the make promises for summer and then fall back on them to anges annoyance? He is the type of guy if so.eone let's him down once he's done with it.

Or vice versa did Desmond offer something amazing and Ange strung them along saying he will think about it...leading to the spurs link?
