How the * do you know? Moyes got relegated you clown he can't be that good defensively. Got beat 4-0 at home to * Southampton, 3-1 at home to Stoke, 4-1 away to Burnley...the thought of him managing us against PSG makes me * sick.

Why hasn't this defensive genius Moyes been snapped up yet?

Really tough game this I think, they seem to be in a bit of turmoil mind you, hopefully work out in our favour. Would like to think we can go toe to toe with Anderlecht away from home, not worried about PSG and Bayern, yeah it's not nice getting a humping off of them and I hope we don't get another absolute doing from either one of them but they are so far ahead of us I'm not going to lose sleep over them. If we can go over there and get a draw at least whilst giving a good showing of ourselves I'd be quite confident in saying we could have the makings of a team capable of making UEFA Cup quarter finals? Maybe being a little too optimistic but * it.

    MON THE HOOPS!

After the training session on Sat, we will need to make sure we're right up for this one, a draw wouldn't be a bad result, a win would be rather nice. :celt_2:

Really, this is the same Brendan who took Liverpool within a whisker of winning the EPL (something Klopp hasn't got nearly so close too and I think we all know what a brilliant manager Klopp is)? This is the same Brendan who was our first manager to qualify us for the CL group stages at the first time of asking, who got us through again this year in spite of a ridiculous injury crisis that left us with one fit CB and (at one point) no fit striker?

Or are you basing this all on two games: away in the Nou Camp against one of the best teams in the world in what was the first CL game for most of our team and the other night facing the most expensive front 3 in history (who I guarantee will do that to other teams this year) with one fit CB?

No, I don't think that is a "solid enough" argument TBH. I genuinely don't mate, not being a c***.

Their respective records suggest otherwise. I actually think you are right that a great manager can learn from a less good one, so maybe you can get away with Lenny; but not * Moyes! He's a dinosaur so far beneath Brendan's level that it isn't funny.
