I don't like the look of the Saints schedule this year. It's brutal! I can't see us doing anything

Unless we start 5-0.

 

They just need a backup QB going into camp, I would rather they stick with Ryan Nassib as Number 2, but the kid is still young.

 

I'm going to be angry if the Ravens trade back to the 30th pick. Really * off. I don't care how much you like having extra draft picks Ozzie.

 

I can't wait for tomorrow night.

 

Hope the Ravens draft Clinton-Dix or Pryor. What time is the 1st pick scheduled for?

 

Dream scenario - Ravens trade up for Robinson or Matthews
Okay scenario - Ravens pick at 17 and choose Clinton-Dix
NOOOOO scenario - Ravens trade down and end up with a late 1st round or two 2nd round picks.

 

They will trade down, I * know it.

 

Who is gona watch tonight? Might try get some sleep before hand!

 

I'll watch the first 10 picks. Looking for a bit of controversy like teams trading up from nowhere, Mack picked before Clowney or Bortles before Manziel.

 

I'll definitely be watching, I've been looking forward to this for weeks.

I'm having severe NFL withdrawal symptoms. Still 4 months till the season starts. Horrendous.

 

It's on SS1 isn't it? How long is it usually?

 

The whole draft is a few days long but its really only the 1st and second round that people are interested in, and the 1st round shouldn't be that long

 

Tonight's program lasts 4 and a half hours. Some of that will be build up time and some of it will be aftermath discussion. The actual 1st round draft will probably take 2-3 hours.


Is anyone watching this program on Sky Sports 1 with Andrew Luck? It's fascinating stuff. Gives me a much better understanding of what is really involved with being an NFL quarterback.

Watching NFL Network coverage and they're interviewing the players as they turn up at Radio City. Women interviewer asked Manziel about Mike Mayock saying he won't go until Dallas at 16, should have seen his face.

Also Odell Beckham Jr turned up with his mum, stunning lady.

 

Top 5 choices in position of need for me:

Clinton Dix/Pryor (safety #1 need)
Evans/Benjamin (Big receiver #2)
Lewan/Matthews (OT #3)
Ebron (TE #4)
Mosely (MLB #5)

I would be very angry if we trade down. I don't see the need for more bit-part players. We need starters.
