Right fholks,
This Amazon Fire stick thingmy. What's the script with people getting the footie for free and films and the like?
Do I buy the stick then upload stuff onto it? Kodi or something? How do I do this? Is it easy enough to do? Help a brother out. :shamrock:

I would like to know how the * anyone could be up and running in 10 minutes :56:
I've done 14 of them now and it takes me an hour per stick minimum! -
Download kodi and adbfire then side load it with adbfire then add a source to install a build? -
Aye, it takes no where near a hour.
Done mine last week as I couldn't be arsed running it off my PC all the time, sent it back though as the wifi range was iffy, and bought a RaspberryPi and loaded OpenElec onto it instead. -
Turn on developer options and accepting unknown sources, get IP, enter it into adb, connect, install Kodi, install Firestarter App, disconnect from adb, start firestarter App, first run of Kodi, add the Fusion source, install the config wizard and then run the Firestick version. -

I can see Paul's point. In terms of an unloaded stick from a brand new unopened box to sitting down to watching streams, it would take more than ten minutes, took me a good hour anyway with my first stick as I was still to download Kodi and adbfire to my laptop at this point. So, for a first set up it can take a while. Once you know what you're doing and have the sideloads ready, it can be done very quickly, yes. 15 mins or so.:50:

This is what I followed mate
To get Kodi onto it: http://www.htpcbeginner.com/install-kodi-on-amazon-fire-tv/
Best add on I've found for TV and films, Exodus, to put this on: https://seo-michael.co.uk/how-to-install-exodus-for-kodi -
