To be fair they have been by far the best team in the country the past 2 years and look at today even. They play poorly against Laois and yet still win by 11 points at the final whistle.

    Aye i know.

I am expecting them to won every game also.

This is the reason why the atmosphere on the hill has changed.

They will do a better job on the Ulster games than RTE. All they seemed to care about today was the hurling. I switched over to BBC when they started coverage.

Poor end to the game today. Monaghan wasted a couple of minutes purposely picking up black cards. In reality the ref only played a minute of injury time and blew up while Tyrone were on the attack. Monaghan though are proving that they are not just a flash in the pan and were the better team today.

Do you know if Armagh v Monaghan are on BBC?

Brilliant win today and an absolute relief to get that Tyrone monkey off our backs.
Expecting big things from this Monaghan team again this year, we have been progressing well.
Sure how could you beat a hot day in Clones for a match :50:

How about Meath v Carlow in the Leinster Football Championship this weekend. 7-13 to 0-6! That is insane. I mean I know Carlow are not very good but that is out of control for a full on Championship match.

Which given that Croke Park holds over 80,000 means a pretty healthy core crowd of over 40,000.

Better second half display there for Dublin who win comfortably in the end against Wexford to set up another Leinster Final against Meath.

    They were not much better.

    Referee was a joke also.

Monaghan goal should never have stood.

    Ah well.

Yes well done to Kilkenny. I had a bad feeling going into this weekends game and so it turned out to be. They fully deserved to win back the Leinster Hurling title no question about it. Dublin have made a lot of progress in recent years in Hurling but when Kilkenny are on form they are a class above everybody.
