I didn't enjoy looking at that but it's very realistic that we could go 6-7 games without a win.

You may think giving a manager more time than this is correct but if you are not capable of producing even average results at Celtic, you are in the wrong job.

Blame the board, blame the players, blame the manager, blame the fans. It's a big bad world out there and there are certain expectations you must appease.

There are some exceptions, I accept, Moyes treatment was a joke, in a league with so many huge teams and following Ferguson, time should have been allowed.

The number of succesful teams in footballing history who have had a steady progresion from the beginning of their history to dominant force is zero. Clubs have transition periods and poor runs. And new managers. And new players. And new tactics. To write off someone after however many games Delia has had is ridiculous. It would be like if your manager sacked you after 3 hours because you still hadn't grasped the multitasking of holding the bucket and sponge in one hand and flagging down cars with the other.

I agree but the fact of the matter is that is how little time modern football gives your average manager.

Deila won't be any different and judging by his results so far must be on shaky ground already.

Lennon lost to whoeverthefuck (Ross County?) in a cup game and * up in Europe his first season too (I think, without wikipediaing in). We generally give more time than that
