They had better sign this guy or there will plenty wanting to know WHY NOT. Can you imagine a season without the Champions league? Without Rangers, there would be no 'big' games to salivate over, just mediocre teams, where there is little to motivate the players and nothing to excite the fans, with most likely falling attendances. If Lennon does not get this guy or likeminded, just because of a paltry £1.5m, then it would be a travesty of the highest sort. This guy sounds like is a player who would immediately go straight into the 1st eleven, unlike most of the recent signings.

As I said yesterday, Dutch teams are really good in getting well paid for their players. I feel that buying talents in the Netherlands might be difficult, if we are not ready to pay big money. In this case I would do an exception, because tt feels like a logical move for Finnbogasson, especially with that interview made with him a few months ago where he says he could play for Celtic, and his tweets, and also having Henrik Larsson as his idol. It feels like an obvious buy, I just hope Heerenveen don't ask for more than that 5 million pounds because Celtic will not pay it. If it doesn't happen, it feels like the biggest waste in a long time.

 

Let's all start a share issue and raise the extra cash needed for Finnbo. I've not seen him play too much but no way can we not sign him now after 131 pages. It's became principle we must sign him.
