Can I ask a Q about your avatar mls1... what exactly has Peter Lawwell ever lled about?

 

I disagree. I have a quote from PL himself saying he'd spend upto 5 million pounds which is probably about 5.5-6 million euros if I'm not correct.

At the end of April, Peter Lawwell was quoted saying: “Value is what we go with. If it’s a Bosman, if it’s £900,000, if it’s £1m or £5m, then we’ll go for it.” He also said that this would only be spent on a player if it was the correct was forward for the club and if it was in the best interests of the club.

 

who's this we're talking about?

It's so very true that people just automatically believe what they read!!!!
Never question it. 99% of the information here is opinion, hearsay, and bollocks!
I think the only actual facts we have is that Celtic have made some sort of bib, it was not enough and heerenveen has said they are looking for £5m.
Also , another fact is we all slate big Pete but look across the city guys?!!!

I seen Guidetti playing in about 5 or 6 games for Feyenoord and never thought he looked that good, although he did score a lot of goals. One of the games I think he scored a hat trick against Ajax but never played that well or looked that good either.

The article is difficult to unravel and I've never heard of the media source but you never know!

 

If this is true, and Hereenveen don't accept it, I think they'll be taking the * a bit and it would probably be best not wasting anymore time on this transfer. But I really hope they accept it.

 

So you never heard the tapes of the head of the Celtic Suppoters Affilation resigning over a meeting where Lawwell and Hawthorne both said this and they wanted the Green Brigade split up,and I personally know of a fellow fan who has had his details handed over to police saying he was travelling to Portugal when he wasn't as he is on a banning order for Europe il pm you if you like
