By all accounts it’s a fee that seems a bargain over there as well, he excelled on loan. * there was an article shared, definitely from the equivalent of the lowest form of redtops over here, demanding why he wasn’t considered for a call up for Brazil, rare that for an Argy I imagine.

He got into team of the season, and everything we seen about him over there player ratings tracked wise, he was the best in the league for a long time and was pipped to be 2nd best at the end.


Agreeing for just £5m and not holding out for more is us wanting him away to *, getting our fee back we paid, wages we paid him and a wee profit, how quick we’ve agreed and not held out for more shows just how bad he was here, taking it and * running. Not like us when theres a whiff of any potential extra profit, regardless of how much.

Inter prepares details for the announcement of Alexandro Bernabei






As the group returns for pre-season, Inter are preparing details for the official announcement of Alexandro Bernabei. The bureaucratic details of the purchase of the 24-year-old Argentine from Celtic have been practically finalized and the left-back is expected at Beira-Rio on Tuesday or Wednesday.




The official figures are yet to be finalised, but Bernabei had 80% of his rights acquired from Celtic. The Scots kept the rest to profit from a future sale, since the left-back, in addition to having received the award for best player in his position for Brazil, has a good chance of being remembered for the Argentina national team that is preparing to defend the world title in 2026 in Mexico, the USA and Canada.
