I'll never forget that one with Tonev - literally used racism to accuse the guy of being racist.

* scum *. Even if he did (no evidence to suggest otherwise, infact Logan refusing the chance to press criminal charges would suggest he likely didn't), that doesn't mean you can be a racist organisation to the guy himself.

 

Good news. Tbh I wouldn’t have complained if he had been banned. He played for it and didn’t need to go down but if there is evidence of the slightest bit of contact you have to give the benefit of doubt to the player.

 

What? You wouldn't have complained if Ajeti was banned for an offence he didn't commit?

Excellent post and so true about the board. Sadly been that way for a long time now. They just refuse to stand up for the club again and again. Hopefully that will be one of the things that changes with the new CEO. It certainly needs to.

We went up a notch as soon as he went off..

Needs to be doing a lot more than he showed there..

 

He made plenty of runs mate, was constantly chasing the ball and running down defenders.

Eddie did him * all favours by trying to walk through about a million defenders instead of trying to link up with him.

 

Let’s face it, he’s been * so far and looks like another total waste of money.

 

Aye I don't think it's a lack of effort/desire but there's something missing..

Sometimes you make your own luck instead of waiting for something to happen. Taking up different position's or moves. You saw the difference when that wee * Christie came on..

I've backed Ajeti but he has to give us more. Alright us keep saying he needs better around him and whilst that's partly true, as well as a competent system/regime.....a 5 million pound striker should be giving us more in these game's..

 

At the moment looks like a real waste of money, hopefully find out if a better manager can get something out of him but he still looks nowhere near the quality required at the moment.

 

Great first touch, needs games and he’ll come to the fore I think.

Sometimes when he's back to goal he'll do well to win it and get it undrr control, then go back with it and hold it too long..

Just want him to ping it off straight away and run in behind..

I'm no writing him off by the way. I'd deffo persevere with him all season and try and play him in to top form. It's a no brainer..

 

Doesn't move enough in front of goal always looking to feet, got in the way of Edouard and Turnbull in front of goal much to their annoyance

 

Doesn’t offer anywhere near enough and I don’t think that’s going to change, waste of £5m

 

Surely Griff a better option to partner Eddy?

 

I agree with McGuire, don't think he's done anywhere near enough the last two games, he needs to get himself involved far more than he has, I'm constantly having to remind myself he's on the pitch at many points during the game because he is invisible for long periods. I'd stick with him again away to St Johnstone, but if he performs how he has the last two games then it's back to Eddy & Griff for me.
