Im not going to greet over a friendly they are meaningless and players arent anywhere near fit as yet.We got beat of Stuttgart Kickers as well so * some people need to get a grip.

Mate its a friendly, i never seen the game, but if we beat Ajax 4-0 at Celtic park i would not say they where a far better team.

Its a friendly ffs we got beat 6-2 of Werder B a few years back so what.

The dutch league is just like ours, we need to bring our own players through just like Ajax, there Tv deal is maybe a bit better than us, but there is not much of a diffrence.

With the huns going to division 3, people need to get a reality check. Especially with the new sky deal for the engish prem.

We cant compete as long as we are in scotland, simples.

The Dutch League has far better players who have good footballing brains and technique, our games in stuck in the past. The Dutch League can send players all over Europe to top teams our league cant, the top Dutch clubs can and do get into later rounds of European football on a far more regular basis than scots clubs. We are a team who play football in scotland so dont talk about 'we need to leave scotland to compete'........

Ajax are better than the current Celtic side, they have better Technique players, they play a more advanced game, and the way football is tought over in Holland is light years away from the way we still operate in scotland.

The thing that worries most i think is that this was a B- team apart from a few players like siem de yong. This was nowhere near Ajax's first team.

What irritates me the most is not the scoreline but the effort from the players, can hardly call this a game to boost fitness when they hardly tried. Forster did more than most outfield players simply by getting annoyed when the goals went in, he seemed to care the most.

Obviously the outfield players did work otherwise the scoreline would have been 20-0 but when i saw the goals go in i saw forsters hands in the air berating the defence and the players, everyone else just went oh well.

It was a friendly yes, in the large scheme of things it doesn't matter too much but a winning mentality should be with the players at all times.

Am not going to even enertain you. Of course the dutch league has far better players, there is players in league 1 in england that are better than in the spl.

Our game is not stuck in the past, you need a reallity check if you think that. Our game has always been in the gutter, compared to the big nations. Saying that though we have had Celtic and Rangers in euro finals in last 10 years. When was the last time a dutch team was in the final?????

The Dutch league like ours does not have a good TV contract, and when you have Sky spending Billions on a new contract in the EPL it just makes it harder.

Its a friendly ffs am not a drama queen and am not going to lose any sleep over it. HH

A few points for my forum friends.....

After coming on to make just one post, I enjoyed it so much I have decided to become a regular contributor once again. I know many of you will be happy to hear the news.

I will make a few points so you all know my point of view (It is a forum and we are all entitled to a say)

I do not care for our management team.

Lawell is more interested in the bank than results on the park, and I fear it may show when he knows the next 3 titles are a certainty..(fair enough when you look what happened across the road)

We do not have a player I would not sell in a heartbeat for the right money.

I feel only Wanyama may have a chance to prove himself in EPL. A big gamble for him though.

Looking forward to more friendly banter.

You will probably find me to be more upbeat than usual....these tablets are magic !!!!!

Until we start winning again

And Lawell is only interested in the bank results, that's his job. This team can comfortably win the spl and cups for the next few years so doesn't need much investment, hence why we are waiting to see if we get into the group stages before we add to the squad.

A troll, right? I mean, I am annoyed at the result of a friendly because we are so close to the CL qualifier against a team who are 15 games in and who are currently 7-0 up in the 4th QR against (admittedly) no great shakes.

That doesn't mean I am not happy with the management team, Lawell, et al. I can keep my anger in perspective. Sammybobo, even trolling you can't do that. You just decide you are unhappy with EVERYTHING.

I'd prefer more reasoned debate.

ps. Tam Rogne was pish for the third goal, and generally looked very shaky, but i personally feel if he was playing with an assured experienced CB, he would grow into the role. I've seen enough to know he's a good defender, but he cannot do it alone. Typical of some folk to scapegoat.

I watched Helsinki and I'm not worried. The other team missed another easy 7 against them. Could have been 7-7 just they never took there chances. Get behind the team and we'll scare the living daylights out of there players and win. Ajax will be the wake up call just watch them improve so much in the next 2 games.
