    That doesn't mean Forrest is better than him.

    Forrest has barely done anything at Celtic never mind anywhere else. This myth about Forrest always being direct and taking his man on is exactly that, a myth. He always cuts inside, have you actually watched him?

    Both on form and fit McGeady is the winner every day of the week.

    Even if he was fit his point is still irrelevant.

    When Forrest first emerged there was all the talk of him replacing McGeady with ease and it has never happened.

    Injuries have obviously not helped but I don't think he ever really would have anyway. McGeady has alot more in his 'locker' so to speak.

    I thought they were better than most in England, good backing, especially at home and usually stay with the team..

    Last season absolutely shat all over that, and showed them up for the 2 bob support they are, fickle *..

    For those not wanting him back, ask yourselves how often we sign proven quality.

    Aiden McGeady has done it at Celtic before, has played plenty of International and European football and all the signs would suggest he wants to be here. If we can get this over the line for £1m and £25,000-£30,000 a week it'd be a terrific piece of business. He would instantly improve our attack.
