I understand what your saying mate. what i mean is that even if McGeady was adamant he was NOT going to Russia...whats to say on deadline day for instance that if hasn't got his desired move to EPL, La Liga etc..that the big-money offer wouldn't tempt him...especially if he HAS made up his move he wants to leave Celtic?

 

I'm sure he will know if he is going to russia regardless by now. it is not an appealing country in my mind.

there is none. this time last year if u bid about £5m for him you would have got him. celtic have stated what they have accepted so they would hope that any other club would look at that and think they have to offer the same. at that price celtic are desperate to get rid of him. iv never seen them so vocal about a sale of a player. they are telling you every aspect of the offer from moscow. thats very unlike them as they usually say nothing. but if villa only offer £8m then thats when the problems start, cant see mon trying to get him cheaply from us though and even more so if he gets £30m for milner

 

russia as a country is not safe for foreigners to move around in. the cities are nothing like those in the Uk. Dont get me wrong, they have some beautiful sights. Its not a place i think he will go.

 

Can you tell us every aspect of the offer they have from moscow then? I'm not aware of it...just tabloid rumour.

 

Not being funny mate but the Russian league is swamped with foreign players. Anyway hopefully James Milner packs his bags and heads for Manchester shortly
