I heard more than that, 50k a week compared to something like 25k at Celtic. Not sure.

 

they are saying he has went over with his girlfriend. as i said before i can guarantee he wont be going to moscow. he is on around £26k a week with us. been offered £45k a week in moscow but its pretty much tax free. suits all parties if he goes to talk to them as it keeps his fee up at £9.5m and sets the wages he will be lookin for from any other team interested. everybodies a winner !!

 

I firmly believe he will reject their offer.

I rate him, but i would love it if he went for £9.5m (is there anyone on here who wouldn't!?).

I cant see him going to moscow though. I have a bad feeling he wont move there, no one else will offer that kind of money, so he'll then sulk around here until january or next summer, have a dip in form because of it, and end up goin to Villa or Birmingham for about £5m or £6m

I'm happy to place a £50 charity bet (donation to Yorkhill childrens hospital) that he DOESN'T move to Russia.

 

There's no way McGeady would go and live in Russia. He'll sign for Villa one City sign Milner. I can see this happening because Lennon and O'Neil will not want unhappy/unsettled players in their squads.

I dont think it takes a genius to work out that he is waiting for a move to EPL via Aston Villa....but if this offer does not materialise i would stick a bet on him moving to Russia..GREAT money, great standard of football, nobody singing famine song to him from the crowds, great weather etc...i would.
