I also think people are forgetting how terrible our defence has been last few seasons we must spend money on both Striker and a Centre Half. Maybe not if we could get Campbell though, Im really pushing for him to come but I dnt think he will.

 

I'd sell him and use the money for a stiker and CB. Also a LB.

Aiden isnt the player people thinks he is, what major things has he done in the last 3 seasons ?.... Nothing, he struggles to get passed sasa papac and kirk broadfoot and hees goin down to the epl!! heel get kicked to *, he wont even get anyway near the opposite goal if he plays like he does for us, and as i said before 10 mill for a player who doesnt score goals and cannot cross a ball is laughable. Fair enough we might not get 3 playes of the same "flair" but we could get 3 players that could benefit the team more than he does.

 

Il be seriously surprised if MON pays 10 million for mcgeady! He ain't daft n very rarely wastes money in transfer Market!! If we got 8 for petrov who offered far more to Celtic on a far more consistent basis than mcgeady ever has or ever will then I doubt very much if we will get anywhere near 10 for him! Probly more like 6 or 7 at a push will be more accurate!!

We could get keane yes for 10 mill but then we couldn't afford his wage of 60k a week. Sometimes its not the transfer fees that celtic cannot afford but wages of a 3 year contract which turn out to be more expensive than the initial fee.
