Lennon said yesterday that thered absolutely no chance of signing keane or bellamy due to the wages they'd demand so why people keep saying that we should sell aiden and use the money for them 2 is beyond me.
Im hoping aidens still here when we kick off the new campaign.

with Man City in for Balotteli, it would be an ideal time for all parties for Bellamy to come back to Paradise. trade McGeady in for £10m, buy Bellamy AND make profit sounds incredible business and footballing sense.

 

Bellamy has said he wouldn't play for another EPL team. he would have to take a huge wage cut wherever he went to.

if we can sell McGeady for £10m and buy either Keane or Bellamy for around £6m (which is quite conceivable), or McFadden for less, who is to say that the £4m profit won't contribute to their wages?

 

Everyone saying we should sign Keane, Bellamy others wanting other strikers, if Mcgeady goes we need to replace him with another winger in my opinion. Or someone who can play behind the strikers (so called number 10).

Looks like Celtic are forcing Aiden out, reports are they are urging Aiden to speak to Spartak.

Rumours also that £10m has been agreed between Spartak and Celtic and that talks with Aiden will start Thursday in London.

Villa and Spurs are hovering.

 

Yeah expect Liam Lawrence to sign for £2m...he's better than Aiden as well.

I hope McGeady's agent tells him to accept the offer. Considering noone else seems to be willing to splash the cash on him. So if he wants to leave then he'd be best joining them.

 

I also hope so ... we really need this player, he will replace a player like the plan, which fled to competitors =))))))

 

Bellamy said cardiff is his most likely destination because his family live there and its the team he supported as a boy, he also said he want to move closer to his family not further away, plus lennon said the keane and bellamy deals are no goers so your just kidding yourself if you think were in for them.

 

I hope that he stays. with the squad that we are putting together I think that he can be a key part of our success this season. We look like playing some really fast exciting football and that should suit him.

Aiden despite apparently having a bad season still had the most assists in the whole * league last year along with the POTY steve davis , plus he scored more goals than davis aswell.
