Might be a chance he pushes to come to us at the end of his loan … can tell he’s absolutely loving his time here.

Think this is a certainty, especially if we win the league

Quietest game I thought, he actually played well in the Kilmarnock 1-1 game and was involved. Never seen much of the ball but took his only chance which was a great header and only then on the ball once or twice after and looked tidy.

So far it looks like he should be signed as he scores goals, is a technical player on the ball and he does hold the ball up well and get about the pitch well.

He's done well and hit the ground running. Start him again against the diets.

Again, the ball gets pinged into him a lot in that fiest half and i thought his hold up and linking of the play was excellent.

It's quite clear Rodgers prefers a striker like him to someone like kyogo. The latter still has bundles of quality but I'd worry about his long term future. If Rodgers stays.

It's * class having a striker who can heid a baw as well. So old fashioned but love a headed finish.

:frilly: (if you know you know)

Liked it when the Dundee boy tried to come the * and the big man just threw him on his *. Love wee Kyogo and the japenese boys manners but this shaking hands patting defenders on the back making sure they're ok doesn't work over here. This is how you do it.

Big strong hard working striker that takes no * from defenders and scores headers and with his feet and knows how to hit a penalty..

Said it before I reckon he's a confidence striker that probably needs some love, definitely showing confidence and he's getting the love..

He is definitely not the finished product so to speak as his rather poor goal return at Norwich would suggest so it will be interesting if we try to sign him this summer what price they will ask for and also what wages would he be looking for. Either way another good performance and terrific goal again today from Idah. Long may it continue.

In BBC’s gossip column, we’re going to have competition from Italian clubs…

I said it the other day but I do feel like not having a buy clause will end up * us.

Hopefully he loves being here and wants to join us at the end of the season

Did he not turn down an Italian club to make the move happen.. if his goal scoring form keeps up and Rodgers in around I reckon he will push for a move to us

I think it will end up costing us more than it would have but if (big if) the now we win the league it probably means he’s kept banging them in and we sign him.

Dermot would be all for it with him being Irish so would probably insist on it. That’s the only way the purse strings get loosened that or one of their steaming directors winds him up at a golf event.
