Wish we would smile a bit more, he seemed a much happier bhoy last season. Maybe something in his personal life or the pressure of his price tag/goal drought but what a class player when he's on form. Keep going Adam!

Liked this guy from the start. He still has a lot to learn about how to use his size and strength better; but he has all the tools to be an amazing striker.

Pressure lifted after those goals midweek, think we’ll see him kick on now.

Very unlucky not to have another goal and assist at least. He was good today.

Excellent today not just with another quality finish but very unlucky not to get a second. Superb power and strength when he turned the defender for the first disallowed goal. Just a great all round performance today from Idah.

I'd not stretch today to "excellent"

But it was certainly a good day at the office for him.

He never imposed and dominated the game (my mind keeps wanting to see the Killie game last season version of Idah). But today he done well, took his chance brilliantly, instinctively and his run to create space was brilliant.
Post effort and tried to slip meada(?) in as well.
    Very good and solid performance.

But that should be the minimum expected really.

Keep it up, last couple games he's done well and confidence improving.

It’s been a good few days for Adam Idah as well?

Yes, it's a good feeling. He just wants to keep this run going. There's never been any doubt of his ability.

He's been here 12 months now. All he's said is just patience and time and support. I thought there was more to his game today.

His link-up play was a good reference for the team. His power and some of his movement. But to score two goals like he did, two in a week, is a big shot of confidence for him.

Because you do it at that level, it's just really making sure that you turn up in all the games. Not just the Champions League games or the finals. What is going to get you the numbers here is turning up on a day like today.

I thought he was excellent today.

    It’s real striker’s goals that he’s scored?

That's it. Our game is based a lot on combining centrally or down the sides to get crosses in. In particular, low crosses. So for that, you have to be between the posts.

Really good finishes. He's two during the week. This one today, off his other side.

I know some of you guys doubted it. But we know internally that he can do it. he had a difficult pre-season. A difficult start. But there's no doubt in his talent.

We’ve never doubted it inside. It's just work and continuous work to bring it out

He's stepped up when required, in terms of performance and goals, will be great for his confidence going forward.

He was living in the shadow of Kyogo for too long, due to not getting enough game time to get up to scratch.

Now he is off the leash, he is showing he is the main man.

He was really good today. I'm excited to see how he gets on as the main man now.
