Adam Idah

He's the striker the manger wants so that's all that matters. Manager wants him it's the boards job to secure him.

Been here before with this manager and failed him and we all know how that ended.

 

Brother in law is swearing that Rodgers was asked about Idah in a sky interview before the game, and said he expects Idah to be joining by the end of the week. Is that right?

 

I never saw the interview at the start but pretty sure he never said that lol

 

Rodgers has been eager to bring Adam Idah, who fired the Hoops to Scottish Cup success last season, back to the club. The striker was booed as he came off the bench for Norwich City on Saturday and admittedly would love a return to Glasgow.

However, negotiations continue to drag on.

"He's a Norwich player so I've got nothing to add to that," Rodgers stated.

 

yeah I just watched back, he certainly never said anything on TV.
Radio maybe? But then press would be all over it. Sutton I think seems to think, he thinks he knows something or something like that anyway

Ian crocker made a comment about him signing this week. I think sutton hinted at it too.

 

Think Norwich are looking to sign Tom cannon. Another striker in for them would probably mean one out the door so hopefully that’s idah

 

Crocker said something like 'maybe they're signing a striker this week' to Sutton, and I kinda thought at the time it sounded like he knew something. I didn't really think more about it though, because why would he know? Lol

 

Yeah. Sutton was wondering why Kyogo wasnt taken off and Croker replied with maybe they are signing a striker this week.

 

Yeah that was it mate. It did sound that way, maybe he had heard something prior to going on air. Fingers crossed.

 

Surely it can't be correct that there are rumblings that Norwich are looking for £11m, lol.

Tbh if we've bid £4.5m I still think that over priced.

That would put MOR at 80 million if we go by english prices. Absolutely laughable.

I like Idah, but he is not worth eight or nine million. It would be daylight robbery.

 

Reporting on some newsfeeds, I jump on celtic news now a d 2 or 3 going with it. Not sure hiw credible it is though.

 

No more than 6 million I would give. I would give aberdeen 6 for miovski though

 

As a combined double signing, I know it would be incredibly splitting within the support but I'd be more than happy if Celtic spent £15mill in total on the pair of them.

 

As it was stated earlier by rodgers these transfers have alot of moving parts. He'll go when they've secured a striker.

 

If we had any ambition that’s what we should be doing but we have no ambition so that’s what we won’t be doing.
