    I doubt anyone will boo his every touch from the get go.

    Think as ever as soon as he steps out he will be backed. But there's rightly been some frustration vented and he's been the unlucky * to come in at a very awkward time.

    Hopefully spurs him on to prove a lot of people, myself included, wrong.

    Watched him a fair bit for Ireland and 'bland' is the word I'd use...I'd even go as far and say he's the new 'Clinton Morrison' lol...Having said that, internationals are a higher level..so err....um..looking for positives....ffs...

    The BIGGEST financial prize on offer for Scottish football this year and we're signing Norwich's 3rd reserve striker..I hate these tarts in charge...

    He’s not an exciting signing by any stretch but I think the reaction has been a bit over the top.

    He doesn’t improve our starting eleven but I think he could potentially be a better player than Oh. Not a natural goalscorer but he can link play quite well and act as an outlet. Think he’s better at it than Oh tbh. Plus Rodgers could be a good manager for him.

    We need to be aiming for better come summer but this is a signing that makes our squad slightly stronger coming into the second half of the season at the very least.

    I don’t think we were ever going to break the bank for a striker in January, as much as we all wish that would be the case.

    Born in Cork, Idah joined the Canaries from schoolboy football in his homeland in 2017 and has since scored 17 goals in 115 games overall.

    However....

    The Republic of Ireland striker, who has 22 caps, has made 34 appearances for the Championship side this season, scoring seven goals.

    Hope it just clicks here and he starts scoring..sometimes it does.
