Important win for the bhoys going into the International break, back at the top of the league, and sets our stall out to the rest of the title contenders, try and shift us now.

We showed great team spirit and determination especially after our captain was unfairly sent off, and despite having a strength sapping Europa game only on Thursday, we showed real energy and tenacity to take the game all the way against Aberdeen at home, that is the mark of champions.

Deila's unbridled passion and celebrations with the Celtic fans at the end, could be the turning point for Ronny finally being accepted by the majority of the Celtic fans.

Just woke up to the score (game was on at 2 am Monday here in NZ ). * brilliant Celtic, I thought there would be a single goal in it (3-2 I reckoned).

So good to see the team together celebrating, congrats Ronnie!

 

So, McInnes feels that Deila and Brown speaking out in support of Tonev (rightly or wrongly, I don't know) is wrong, and he is irked by it because, logically, he was charged so Logan must be innocent in the whole episode.

However, when Logan gets red carded for foul and abusive language, McInnes speaks out saying he "knows" Logan didn't say anything like that. The same way it annoyed him when Deila and Brown "knew" Tonev was innocent.

Hypocrisy there :smiley-laughing002:.

That's bringing back passion and thunder, just wish it was the same at CP. I know a lot of people will probably slate us for celebrating like that against Aberdeen, but that's the exact passion i've missed, the players a lot of the time look like they couldn't give a * and it's reassuring to see that they do.

 

Reminded me so much of the last minute win over Dundee United in Neil Lennon's first full season as manager. Dodgy refereeing calls against us (no penalty for blatant foul on Hooper then, Brown's red today), early Sunday kickoff around this time of year, hostile atmosphere, last minute winner, whole team celebrating like mad together after full time. I always think of that match as an important one early on for Neil, it was a feel-good moment we kicked on from. I think this will be the same for Ronnie and this team.

 

I thought this earlier, somehow the media will paint those great scenes in the end of total positivity, in to negativity..

A united front, us alone, how it always has been and how i like it..

 

Showed real steal to win this one, thought Virgil and Denayer were immense..

There's always something about away games, You just gotta love em.
Today was the best game I've been to in ages, Ok the fitba on the field wasn't great at times, but going a goal down, equalising, getting a man sent off, fearing the worst, but to end up with a last minute winner!
I can't describe it, still hours later, the passion at the end, just immense feel really lucky to have been there today. Loved it
