    I’ve always said the only player we have that’s slightly capable of stepping in for CCV, albeit with a huge drop in quality, is Welsh.

    He’s the only other that communicates and leads from the back.

    I don’t understand the hate Welsh gets, i thought he’s looked assured and confident since coming on. Ralston’s been decent this afternoon too. I agree we need to strengthen but the panic from some fans is unreal. When the injured players come back and a couple of signings, we’ve got a great squad.
