Funny, I was typing something similar just now in his thread. He seems to sometimes overdo it when in good positions. Although he is still very young, so that needs to be remembered.

What a game. Super human effort to get these three invaluable points. It'll have taken a lot out of them but we were able to rest a few for the game on Saturday.
The second penalty Lustig should be putting that out for a corner kick. Luckily rocksteady eddie came on to pile on the class in the final third. What a season James Forrest's having.
Special plaudits need to go to the manager for making a big call taking off CalMac. That disrupted their ability to spoil the game. Great win and the bhoys are happy. Another three points on Saturday and it's potentially a nine point gap.

Tbh i fear Gollum being the ref on the 29th more and not just because of today ,he is card and pen happy .

McInness on the 2nd penalty I have seen it I think there was a push in the back. If that is the case why did Shinnie take of with both feet into a full blown dive and not stumble

Thought Hayes did really well when he came on. That slide tackle in the box was great.

 

We were fantastic in the last 10 mins thought we'd been robbed by that wee fud with the penalty but we kept fighting Edouard was great after he came on and ripped them apart and Sinclair took his goals really well massive three points and roll on Saturday.

 

I've always liked the guy. Puts in effort constantly, something that I feel from some of our squad has let us down against easier teams. Obviously I would rather kt played but if injured I think Hayes could deal with the rangers team.

Managed to see most of the game today . A real sterling effort from Celtic to get the 3 points . Aberdeen have to rank as one of our stronger domestic opponents , add in the hellish officials , the venue and a hostile home support . We have to be very pleased with that outcome . Eddie coming off the bench was the watershed moment ( not an easy call to remove Cal Mac too ) but late on we showed our class . Onwards and upwards . A happy Festive season to all on Talk Celtic !
