This is true. The huns are big, strong and difficult to beat. We attempt to play nice football, but that's it. We've no fight, are too small and are by the looks of it easy to take points from. Organisation wise?, we have none. We have no presence about us.

On the point of the subs, didn't mind seeing Rasmussen coming on. But Samaras shouldn't have got anywhere near the park.

not a lot you can defend about that performance but on the positive side we did score some good goals, i thought fortunes goal was a great move, artur made some good saves .

But hey that all counts for sod all when you defend like that, we always hear that defending starts from the front and that doesnt happen enough in our team. Our line up today doesnt allow for it. We are just too lightweight, have a look at our team today excluding the defence( i use that term lightly),
    brown
    nguemo,
    kamara
    mcgeady
    keane
    fortune,

In my mind these guys are all foward players, barring brown and nguemo and it just doesnt give enough balance to the side, the wide midfielders are indirectly costing us too many goals, how many have we lost from the flanks in the past couple of weeks??

You never know we may be a point closer too the huns come monday morning but even then it would take some amazing coaching to sort out that defence for a decent crack at the title and i just dont see any evidence of that on the park.

Why the * did McGeady and O'Dea pick up NEEDLESS bookings for kicking the ball away twice? EEjits. Now O'Dea will pay for it because of the 2nd yellow (thank * we dont have to see the * in the next game though) and refs will probably do their utmost now to try and give Aiden a few more yellows so he misses the game on the 28th. Paranoid?Maybe but we will see. Ridiculous bookings anyway!
And every single member of that defence is hopeless. Thompson the only one who gets pass marks.

Playing someone who's basically a forward in the wide MF position doesn't help the team's defensive stability. At least when we had the 4-2 lead, Mowbray should have took Kamara out for someone who can help the defense a bit more. Playing the way Mowbray wants is risky. And today we saw why risk is called risk, and why it's dangerous.

disgraceful defending, no heart in the team. Keano should have stayed on the pitch. Mowbray did many coaching mistakes today, didn't he?

I don't have a problem with Samaras coming on but I do have a problem with him failing to use the ball when he came on.. If he's on to try and stretch the game then he's got to be taking the ball out wide , into the corner flag , winning throw ins or corners and at the very least retaining posession , not turning infield at every opportunity , running into players and then hiding behind players when a team mate is looking for someone to release the ball to..

People are quick to shoot down Sammi when it's so obvious that the defending is crap.

Yes we drew a game we should and needed to win but thats the story of our season.. We played some class football but the defence is still dodgy as * which keeps us droppng points..

If hibs beat or draw with rangers tomorrow then the league is still on so would use all stop going on like its the end of the world and keep the faith..:50:

People need to remember we were missing both first-choice centre-halves today.

It was an unfamiliar defence all round and it showed.

Middle to front we were brilliant, Aiden and Broony in particular.

I think we should have flooded the midfield when it went to 4-2 never minf 4-3 but that's why I'm not a football manager

Though shocked by today’s performance is anybody really surprised as this has been the same all season, take the lead can’t finish the game off or someone does something crazy ( give away a penalty ) and we end up praying for the whistle to go!. I don’t blame J.T. he’s only 18 and cost only £250,000 from Stockport, cheap Lawwell’s type of player cost next to nothing. I’d brace ourselves because it’s only going to get worse as at the end of this season there will be no money available to buy any new players and will be forced to sell in order to do so. So much for Dr John’s boast that we’re not a selling club. But i do say cheer up my fellow Tim’s as they’re is always next years a.g.m. to look forward to when once again we can listen to Lawwell boast and assure the major shareholders that we don’t owe any money and Dr John cracking jokes about “ them “ at castle grey-skull, I’d like to ask him , “ what’s so funny about them John “ we’ve just gifted/handed them another £10,000,000 towards their debt, at this fckn rate we’ll have helped pay it of for them.
