More nervy than it should have been but we did the job in the end.

We're the best football team in Scotland, the only way teams will get joy against us is by turning the game into a long ball slog....we need to get wiser to it and stop it from happening.

End of the day this is it.

    Ma man!

Let Ange work out the deficiencies as we celebrate a season we all wrote off being top of the league after a scary run.

The was a mixed bag for me. Certainly not a great performance by any means but another win and that's all that matters. We can't always steam roller teams like we did against Motherwell and the huns and we will get similar games against the likes of Livi and St Mirren were it might be just as hard a slog. If Jota's "goal" wasn't disallowed then the game would be over by half time and we then allowed them back in it due to our old fault of not dealing with crosses. Taylor marking the biggest guy in their team while Ralston was standing behind him marking no one never helped and we need to do better. Anyway, we are still top of the league and that's the main thing

    Brilliant first half. * second.

3 points and top of the league is lovely though.

It's the Livingston game that is now crucial for me.

I'm not going to just dismiss the other fixtures until then, of course they are just as important, but we've got a real ongoing problem at that shitehole of a ground that needs addressed.

You know we're in a good place when a 3-2 win at Pittodrie feel like an anti-climax.

Right, not pretty second half, but job done and still top of the league. Second potentially tricky away tie successfully navigated.

A week and a half until our next league game so its a chance for a kick up the * on the training pitch and get two results at home in the cup and Europe.

Agree I thought it could be given, but the faux outrage will be over the top.

Ferguson should’ve played the ball but instead went ye olde Hun way and played for a penalty. When you see it from the reverse angle it’s clear he’s patched the ball to essentially dive when he’s seen O’Riley make a hash of it.

In games like that we need to use our most experienced and more physical players who are battle hardened for those games , our newer bhoys were lost when the pressure was put on us.

Especially when you consider just where we where at the start of the season. Most people were saying they would have been happy just seeing an improvement in the team and/or perhaps winning a cup or something but, here we are, sitting at the top of the league so let's just put things into perspective and enjoy it oh, and * all the hurting huns and the hurting SMSM who are moaning like * about our winning goal

We really don’t need a kick up the * :giggle1:. Wasn’t a great second half, but we’ve just came through an unbelievably hard list of fixtures after the break with maximum points, i hope the last thing ange is doing is giving them a kick up the *. Sure we could have been better defensively for the goals, but surely nobody can criticise the team after these recent results cmon!
