Arnold Mooy, who signed for Celtic last July, will by the end of the season have won more major honours than Tavpen has in 6 years.

In the middle of nowhere with crap wifi so followed the game via a mate's text commentary. One of his texts said: great tackle by Mooy! Better than the one on Griesman.

He's probably taking the * though as he's heard me talk a thousand times about Mooy's tackle on Griesman at Russia 2018. It was fair but * brutal and I hope he's replicated it today.

I can't mind him making a tackle but he did play really well when he came on, probably only touched the ball about 10 times but was all classy play and keeping possession in tight areas under pressure.

Looked back to normal after those disasters the last couple of games he played.

Looked more like himself. He's just one of those players that takes a while to get going again after an injury I think

Was brilliant when came on, several times holding onto the ball in tight areas up their end of the pitch, kept the pressure away from the defence. His experience and quality is such a good option to have.

Made a couple of superb challenges which he had to win, also out his foot on the ball which was badly needed and was always available for a pass.

Right sub at the right time.

Much more like it yesterday. Couple of good tackles and bullied Tavernier in their corner to set up a chance for Maeda.
