    Preston hold the British record for most goals scored in a game, 26-0.

    Deepdale is the oldest continually used Football ground in the world.

    If, throughout time, the English league was one big competition Preston would be fifth, only losing out on the top due to money.

    Such a funny * he should have been our team comedian (on rotation with Billy
    Connolly, Frankie Boyle and Kevin Bridges) instead of our right back!

    Anyway just think if Celtic went into the EPL with current squad and wage bill, we would have by far the smallest wage bill in the league yet probably the 3rd (?) biggest stadium which would be packed out every week.

    If we somehow managed to keep our expenditure down then we would easily be the richest club in the world lol, considering we would have basically the same income as Arsenal, Chelsea, Liverpool ect, but about 100 times less expense.

    I used to be dead against it but you know what every year I get a bit more turned on to the idea of playing in the prem.

    Soon I reckon the CL will be the main league for the top clubs who will get invited to it, and Celtic will just like they were for the nextgen, and smaller clubs like the Wigans, Aston Villas ect will just stay in the premier divisions of their nations.

    Did you not see the improved offer the EPL got this year? Do you not realise that the oversees offers are about to go up in the next year or two?

    The EPL bubble is only going to burst in your mind, not reality, its fighting strong and recession proof. :D
