    Quarabag should be beatable.

Then we will probably face one of these teams:

    APOEL
    BATE Borisov
    Ludogorets
    Maribor
    Dinamo Zagreb

We will beat any of those this year.

At least we only have 64 competitive matches to play before the Champions League Final were we win the Cup and make it 4 trophies this season :icon_mrgreen:

All those teams struggled in the first leg, it's unlikely that all of them will go through

No such thing as a cert mate, but the best of these teams are Zagreb and Maribor.

We beat Zagreb last year and dominated Maribor, and were unlucky to lose.

This year both Zagreb and Maribor are lesser teams compared to last year. Both are struggling to even come through their first round.

While we are much better than we were last year.

I would put my money on Celtic.

We have progression and momentum on our side. We have optimism, enthusiasm and a team spirit that few other teams can match.

Good thinking but we each already get 20%, unless I've misunderstood you.

As a betting man, I would bet that all those teams go through.

(But don't sue me if they don't.)

Even so - It would take a major blunder for us to lose against any of those teams over two legs. (Even over one leg).

We are simply a much better team than them at the moment.

    Not even worried.

I agree to the extent that the majority will go through...even the ones with a dodgy home result. Hope some don't though for our sake. They'll prob do the biz away from home like i fully expect us to.

Maribor is the stand-out pick for me. Iirc Zagreb were a tidy outfit and we rode our luck there but was at the Maribor game and they were *. So were we though. We'd do them this time.

We'll get Maribor. There's poetry in that somewhere. And we likes a poet.

"But best of all was the warm thick slobber
Of frogspawn that grew like clotted water
In the shade of the banks. Here, every spring
I would fill jampotfuls of the jellied
Specks to range on window-sills at home,
On shelves at school, and wait and watch until
The fattening dots burst into nimble-
    Swimming tadpoles."

    Yep.

Not only a bad team, but a confused team - suddenly told to play in a radically new way, over night.

    There was no hope.

No Broony, Bitton with two T's (honestly we should put another one in there, hes been much better wae the two), Griffiths as a STRIKER, McGregors where he belongs - reserves, GMS/Armstrong in, Ciftci looks promising.....

WE'RE GONNAE DAE IT, A CAN FEEL IT:icon_mrgreen:
