Hehe yup, although to be fair, I have two more teams I support in Europe, Newcastle United and Celtic. But the Celtic-part of me has been in hiatus the last couple of years, don't know why, maybe because no Henrik Larsson means less Celtic in Swedish media? Don't know
    .
I was both happy and a bit sad when Malmö drew Celtic, knowing only one of them will survive to the Group stage.

Reached the Champ.League-final with Celtic on PC-game Championship manager 200X, what a great time... *remeniscing* :smiley-laughing002:

Quite a unusual selection of teams you support. I am sure you know the Mike Ashley connection with Sevco

Without the ball: Lewicki is incredibly good defensively, Berget runs 25 Marathons each game and Tinnerholm closed down champions League-wingers last season

With the ball: Rosenberg has flair and powerful shot, Rodic is best dribbler..

All in all: Rosenberg. Finished off Salzburg last year with an incredible goal 7 min from full time last year in the playoffs. The composure here is magical. Or just stupid. You decide:

Berget was never really given a chance here. Was impressed with him last season against Dundee United where he scored a brace. Glad to see him do well for Malmo

Haha I supported Newcastle long Before fat-Mike's era, but yes I guess it's an unusual combo. I would love to see that man removed from anything involving either of my favourite clubs...

I know very little of the Sevco-story though, other than it could mean that Rangers are in serious * (again?!) if the Money needs to be repaid? There is very little info about it in Swedish papers.

Old Rangers died in 2012. Sevco are the new club

I read this and then watched the highlights of your game against Salzburg. They beat you on every stat except goals so I imagine you understand that stats mean nothing.

    No.

Mr wait and see what happens before you give us an education on how good Malmo are. We'll see for ourselves.

Precisely. It's laughable how so many supporters of other teams in the qualifying phase elevate their teams to some elite platform.

Celtic are good enough to beat any team in the qualifiers. I wouldn't say the same for Malmo.

Are Malmo regularly having their best players bought from EPL sides for the £10m mark? I thought not.

    Bring it on!

Watched Malmö many times this and previous season. Impressing stuff against Salzburg but been pretty poor in the league this year. I do not agree with my fellow swedes description on their team who are hyping their team which I can understand, I think Lustig is a lot better than Tinnerholm but Lustig is pretty underrated in Sweden. I think it is a decent mix though and could be tricky as many qualifiers are. I believe we are better however and I would not pick any from their team but perhaps Rosenberg in form or Lewicki over a Celtic regular.

I'd say Lustig is underrated outside the Celtic support to be honest..

You have a good record against Swedish teams and we have a good record against British teams
    MFF-Fulham FC 0-0

    Wigan Athletic-MFF 1-3

    Rangers FC-MFF 0-1

    MFF-Rangers FC 1-1

    MFF-Shamrock Rovers 2-0

    MFF-West Bromwich Albion 1-0

    Drogheda United-MFF 0-0

    MFF-Drogheda United 2-0

    MFF-Hibernian FC 2-0

    Hibernian FC-MFF 0-7

    Swansea City-MFF 4-0

    MFF-Swansea City 0-0

But records doesn't meen anything it's these two teams right now and current players. So it's just how good they are right now and how much they want it.

    This will be fun.

Does anyone know how many supporters you will be in malmö? I heard you are good so would be fun to see and hear you.

Not plastic fans like the stinking red bull team
