Look at the thread title ? A gangsters game ? It hardly encourages me to read on. Then when I see the word casual I think aw for * sake here we go. No wonder I jumped to conclusion it was about folk running about out their faces on gear kicking the * out each other.

Look at the article. Like any normal person would do. Instead you dive in and then go in a huff when people pick you up on it.

Just because you have sand in your * doesn't mean you need to keep whining on here :50:

That doesn't do you any favours though. Just makes you sound exceptionally pliable and incapable of forming your own opinions.

    If the title had been

    Scottish people are all ....
    Glasgow People are all....
    Celtic supporters are all....

Would you have just blindingly accepted the premise of any article without reading it to see which points you wish to challenge ?

If you read the article and then say well actually I disagree with the article specifically this bit or this bit then you would be taken seriously. People may still disagree with you but there would be a starting point from which a rationale debate could evolve.

Who was that person before, maybe a year ago that everybody always argued with in nearly every thread as well? I think they were banned. Spellcheck has taken over that role lol might have been mygirlmaria or sween im thinking of though dont think it was.

Your the one that derailed it with your snideyness. You could have chosen to ignore my ill informed statement but you just couldn't resist having a pop.

The OP made a valid comment in response to what I said but you were just snidey.

It can't have been either of those "wannabe rebels" as they are still on the forum. MGM's post in the New Years thread was my post of the year so far.

And, I don't even think you have actually grasped my original gripe with your comment, have you?

Good read that. Couldn't agree more with several of his points. I'm watching arsenal right now and when they score, two people are payed to lift up big arsenal flags. What a joke. The fans aren't even savy enough to properly celebrate their team scoring so the club artificially creates it. Footballs soul is dead and tiny bits of it can be found at lower league games. A working class game it is not. Genuine shame

Shocking though isn't it ? The way the whole community aspect of watching football is being systematically dismantled.

You are right about the lower leagues as well I know a guy who watched Middlesbrough from the 70's onwards from the times they were really bad ( administration) through them actually winning trophies. one day just got sick of what the EPL offered was at a game talking to someone who was linked to Shildon FC and decided he would start watching them. He has been watching them home and away for 15 years and is more excited for the weekends game than anyone that I know

Maniboy started a thread midweek about his experience of Celtic Park.Alot of people jumped on the fact he said the burger stall was shut ( despite the fact he said he wouldn't have bought a burger if it was open). The point I took from that was that it was a further example of fans been treated like mugs and some are quite happy about that.

Are you suggesting there are casuals in our support ? Casuals like their are in the Chelsea and Millwall support ? I don't believe we have a problem with hooliganism at Celtic. Fir Park was one of a few incidents over a number of years. There at it every other weekend down in England.

If that wasn't your original gripe then what is ? That is all I could take from your ''''

So casuals aren't knuckle dragging simpletons ? Or Celtic do have significant problem with casuals ?

Celtic do have casuals but you're derailing the thread again.

perhaps you should go back and read the article first before passing judgement.
