Prods spoke different to us catholics in Belfast. There is still local variations and somebody could live 5 minutes away and sound slightly different.

My granny loved to use all the Aul sayings. Scullery was standard in 70s and 80s. Guttees for trainers. Go out and play with yer Chums. My granny also called the floor and door, the flure and dure. So many different ones.
Also used to say “Get to Hells Gates” for more or less saying, * away off.

My da always says ''away and * up a stick!'' or sometimes he'd just shorten it too ''away and *!''
Some others which he'd say to me personally ''stop acting the goat'' ''wise up'' ''the rarings not seen the best of you yet'' that last one I think I understand but its cryptic.

It is strange some of the different words used in different areas.

Like u were saying 'gutties' for trainers. They say that here aswell. But if u went south from Belfast a bit they start getting called 'runners'.

Everyone in Dublin certainly calls them runners
