Would you have MON back??

Would you have St.Martin back? I think it would be a great idea if we could pull it off. Let MON tutor Lenny even just for the season.

 

MoN would never come back in a director of football role, he's a manager pure and simple its the only role he'd be interested in at any club!!

 

Would be ideal for the role. Doubt it would happen though.

I would take Mon back as manager. He has lots more experience and know how than Lennon.

I don't think it matters TBO.

He wouldn't get the same budget as he did before, so his hand would be tied along with the rest of them.

 

Lenny is the man NOW i love martin for what he done for us but he left us thats life move on and back lenny wholeheartedly, the guys oot a job 5mins and people want lenny out and martin in? redonkoulous

a would take MON back but not at the expense of lennon but a think it would be good for martin and lennon if he was to come back he would be a great mentor for lennon and it would give martin time to weigh up his options

 

I'd love to believe that he could work alongside Lenny but I don't know if it could happen. How would you deal with it if your old boss was brought in to advise you? I don't know if MON could be hands-off enough to help Lenny without him feeling like he was being replaced.

I'd take him back yes, but it isn't going to happen, MON would never be content with a job like director of football, he loves being in the dugout too much.

 

I think a roll for MON just till the end of the season would suit both party's we'd have a more experienced manager in Neil Lennon for next season and the foreseeable future

I chose Director of Football to give Lenny the respect he's due but i would have Martin as manager in a heartbeat...It would be awsome if he came back in the Lenny mentor role.
