    Same, lucky can eat any old * and never put weight on, does mrs. head in, she's always on some sort of diet!

    Its not to bad ,,,they recomend you to be around the 5.0 mark ,where's mine was 5.9 and when people start talking about strokes and heart attacks which this * could lead to if you let it go ,its time to do something about it ,,47 the now ,i want another 30-40 years ,* thats a lifetime away :icon_mrgreen:

    Toasted bagel from Pret
    Pizza with chorizo/onion/chicken from The Captain's Rest.

    Salad w/poached egg, black pudding and chorizo for dinner.

    I've got a pork shoulder in the oven, slow cooking over 6 hours at the moment. 2 hours done so far.

    I'm no fat at all :), but last week I ate dinner, then tray of oven chips, then went to McDonalds in the space of about 4 hours...

    Since writing that I've had two more glasses of water and I'm starting to feel a bit thirsty again :icon_mrgreen: I need loads of fluids, maybe its because I'm tall, I've no idea really

    Ha ha no medical expert buddy, but just seems to be a helluva lot of fluids your taking, and know that can be a sign of diabetes, not saying it is, maybe worth getting it checked though mate, know I would if i was you:50:
