    I just call it a sausage. If I need to make a distinction, square.

    If I mean a different type of sausage I'd say a link sausage.

    I worked in Wishaw,guy was going to the van and asked what I wanted,asked for a slice roll,looked at me puzzled,asked me again and I told him as if he was stupid,then he came back 5 mins later asking me if I wanted a sliced up roll.We'd have got nowhere if someone else didn't click on :56:

    Is slice just a Greenock thing,like galoshens?

    Square sausage is what I call it personally but have heard it being called lorne, sliced and flat as well.

    Flat sausage what kind of a moron calls it that?
