I've no doubt that we could win the league at a canter if it was based on pure talent, however this league wont just be won on that basis alone in my opinion.
Bottle! And lots of it will be needed between now and May. The team with the most of it will go on to win the SPL im sure.

Anyone that thinks the Huns bottle will crash easily should really wake up and smell the coffee. These * will fight with every tooth and nail right to the death under Smith, and thats why its doubly important that Strachan MUST gets the monkey of succesive defeats from Smiths side of his back at the next Hun game whether it be CP or Mordor.

There's no doubt the Old Firm games will be massive, and could decide who wins it. Battle of the bottle, probably yes. I still think we'll win it though.

Totally agree....time our players got together and got the "work" head on...no more fannying around. Now' the time for them all to a man to justify the wages and the priviledge they have of wearing the hoops.

we've just won back to back titles and alot of those players are still here so we have the experience but i do feel there's something missing and thats an experienced captain who drives the team forward, i like mick as a player but dont think he does a good enough job as skipper

Good point and one I've made before. Just don't think the guy is a leader of men. We need a captain who'll scream in someone's face if they think they're not putting a shift in. Too many of our players disappear when we come up against teams we can't play free flowing footy against. I hate to say it but there are players out there who don't deserve to wear the jersey...they just won't or can't get stuck in.

Takes bottle to win 13 matches in the last 5 minutes of football games, Strachans teams have done so. We have the bottle no doubt about it, what i'm worried about is do we have significant protection for McGeady and Naka from refs? Yes McGeady resembles a petulant pre-pubescent child at times, but who can honestly say they weren't shouting at the tv at some of his treatment that went unpunished yesterday for example? He's being bullied at times and his opponent is getting away with it.

I think we have got the bottle.I just think we will be easily bullied by the huns.We have the ball players but are they strong enough to keep posession when presured. The Last game at Ipox taught us our CB´s are easily bullied by the likes of a Cousin,we have to win battles like that if we have any chance of beating the Huns.

For me we are also lacking a dominant CM player to enforce and ultimately run the midfield. If we can turn the tables and win the physical battles then we will beat the Huns as we definatley have the more talented players.

If big bobo plays our chances will improve, he'll cope easily with Cousin.

Do we have the best talent? Aye.
Do we have the most bottle? I would say aye, but it only comes into show when we're getting pushed hard enough.

Time to start pushing back. And * harder than them.

Oooh get me with my stirring speeches : P

Not sure. All I know is he damaged a thigh muscle at the African Nations cup. However he was touch and go to play in Guinea´s last game he didnt make it though.

Since he has comeback he sems to have disapeared again.Maybe this knock in Africa has given WGS the ideal excuse not to play him no matter if he is now fit.?

chucky ,i read the first line of ure post, then stopped as i thought the cantor part was "a laugh" and a joke,,talent u say, name them ,,or name 11 thats performed consistantly in the past year since the milan defeat

real talent lasts ,,,but our talent lasts or mabye can string 2 good performances together ,if it was a TALENT show we "get voted out

and as for bottle ,the only bottle at celtic park just now is samaras "s leg waxing bottle

i would like to see bobo play all the old firm games.this will be his last season in the hoops and we would need his prescence in these matches.

i'm really hoping that fifa let cousin go to fulham.that 1 walt is left with a player he doesn't rate and an unfit jcd.
