Parlour Bar, 250 West 86th Street. If travelling by subway, get off 86th St, it's on the left hand side.

Triple Crown Ale House, 330 Seventh Avenue, nr Maddison Square Garden, Celtic fan watering hole and just off the boat from Ireland types.

It's next to a cracking bar for food n stuff - Mustang Sally's.

demsey's pub on 33rd street is about a quarter mile from penn station, has a supporters club and everything. Probably the most convenient CSC to get to in the city.

I wandered into it drunk one night in the city and was stunned.

March 2007, went for St Patrick's parade, brilliant.

Aye we were in Mustang Sally's, don't think we were in Triple Crown, but can't be sure on that.

No place like it. Would have loved to see pre 9/11, the towers. Went to ground zero, eerie place.

Best part was going up Rockefeller Centre and seeing the views from up there of Central Park and everywhere else.

Nearly a year since we went and we still talk about it and look at the dvd etc. Plan to go back again.

Rocky's closed not so long ago. The landlords tripled the rent or something.

I think it's reopened somewhere in Harlem or somewhere.

You talking about Foley's, the bar 2 or three store fronts down from Demsey's? They helped me out too. Small world.
