Under 20 Fifa World Cup

Wel Scotland kick off tonight against Japan (BBC 2, 10.10pm).
Celtic have 4 players, Hibs have 4 players, Aberdeen, Hearts, Livi & Killie all have 2 players, Norwich, Motherwell, Dundee Utd, Clyde & Rangers all have just the 1 player represented (remember the hysteria surrounding Rangers winning the Youth Cup & League double?? Where's their players??).

Anway we're in Group F:
Scotland, Japan, Costa Rica & Nigeria.

Big shock so far is that Poland beat Brasil!!

I hope that Scotland do well (no * Sherlock), particularly the Celtic players (* me Columbo).
After all the hype surrounding Rigters, lets hope that McGlinchey, Conroy & Cuthbert (Captain) go on to do very well - I'm sure we'll have scouts at the tourney, lets hope they come back with reports stating we already have the best players on show - then we can hope that they'll get a showing in the 1st team at some point.

 

THE US under 21 squad drew Korea earlier today :/

 

Can't wait for the Scotland match! I saw Korea - USA yesterday and it was a superb match, enjoyed every minute of it. Just hope the rest o' the matches ar as good

how to sum up performances with emotions:

 

Sounds like the were overhyped and came to it thinking it would be easy and blundered just like celtic v artmedia I was thinking it was going to be 3-0 to celtic but then:

Every goal was shocking by balde and marshall but the worse thing was Mcgeady missed on the line if he had just tapped it in we would have went through.

 

What the * have the Scotland U20's got to do with Artmedia vs Celtic?

And more importantly, why the * would anyone want to watch that again?

We've all spent the last 2 seasons trying to forget it ffs.

I never saw it. I came onto the internet the day after and saw the result and my mind was utterly blown away!!!! Tragic day for Celtic.

Scotland were pish last night, at least we can rule out Cuthbert for a 1st team promotion anytime soon.
Conroy was * pure mince.

Lets hope we can play better next game, I thought that the team looked as if they had never been coached at all ever!! Archie Gemill just shouts at them, he should be * trying to teach them.
Japan looked so comfortable on the ball compared to us.
