Just back from working at this. Got to see The Killers who were great. Could have went to see Rihanna and Mumford & Sons, don't think I missed out on much by not going though

Caught the end of their set on tv - couldn't believe how good they were singing Travis song :icon_mrgreen:

Crisp as * - would like to catch them live at some point.

I always like The Killers when i see them perform live but i never really think of actually putting them on when i'm just sitting about listening to music.
I should give them more of a chance.

Didn't really like any of their latest stuff from what i've heard.

    Enjoyed their Travis cover :50:

Anywhere to watch OCS set from T?

Just seen Hundred Mile High City on YT and it was pretty tight, nothing else on there though.

Also when did Damon Minchella leave the band?

Don't think him and Steve Cradock see eye to eye now after Weller threw Minchella out his band for supposedly being a bit of a *, to which Cradock agreed.

Yeah, like them aswell, caught a couple of their tunes on sundays highlights, sounded good, Cradocks guitar playing just keeps getting better with age.

He is quality mate. I seen them about 14 times from the mid 90s early 00s, best gig was Stirling Castle in 1998.

My wife got us tickets to see them in Edinburgh Playhouse for my birthday a few years ago. The power blew a half hour before the gig while we were in the pub next door.

Ended up in the venue for almost two hours while they tried to sort it.

they never got it sorted, gutted isn't the word.

Was landed on Bar 4 the full weekend, right in front of that infuriating Mad Mouse roller coaster. I swear to *, I would love nothing more than to see that baldy * who runs it fall off the top of it.

Being on the bar closest to the slam tent meant that I had to deal will all the dafties of the day.

Shifts were *. After being promised off early one night to go see an act we were told at 10 that we had to stay on till 2 am. 10am-2am Friday and Saturday. Although, saying that, they let us off early on Sunday to go see the Killers.
