It really has. Not only the line up, but the people who go too.

    Sunday night for the Killers.

You better double check before buying, but I'm pretty sure it was announced Mumford and Sons were Friday, Rhianna Saturday and Killers on Sunday.

He won't be there he's taking a year off from recording/touring as he's just finished a huge world tour. He was on the Saturday last year and he was awesome!

I won't be at TITP this year. I'm sick of spending over £200 for a festival with less than a handful of acts I'd like to see. Last year will probably be my last year there. I'm going to Leeds this year, Eminem is the only headline act announced so far which * all over the 3 "headline" acts announced for TITP.

Yeah I'm sure he announced that on some chat show I watched a few weeks back. He could possibly make 1 or 2 festival appearances though so it's not 100% certain. Just keep your fingers crossed and you might get lucky :50:

    Looks * so far IMHO.

To take an educated guess I'd say:

    Primal Scream
    Beady Eye
    Sterophonics
    Johnny Marr

    might be announced.

    At a push:

    QOTSA
    Arctic Monkeys

Rihanna headlining TITP is ridiculous. Mumford and Sons less ridiculous.

    Killers is good.

TITP is for teenagers and neds now.

Can't believe people are excited by The Killers, I don't even like them and I've seen them about four times.

Rihanna will at least put on a show.

Mumford and Sons are nowhere near big enough to be headlining.

You don't need to like the Killers, but they are good/big enough to headline, they have done it before. And they are the right kind of band for a festival, not * pop like Rihanna

The above somes up my feelings on the matter pretty well; especially The Killers line. I think everyone in mainland Britain loved their debut album but seriously what have they released of note since?

I have nothing against either 3 of the headliners just don't think they are the spectacular names they should be going for in celebration of their 20th year.

Agreed, although they are not my personal cup of tea they are at least the kind of act that should be near a headline slot.

Rihanna will bring in the crowds and is a big name but she is a stageshow not a performer. She probably won't even sing live.

Mumford and Sons are good enough to headline a tent or maybe NME stage. Nothing against them they just aren't a big enough name imo.

Agree with this, their first album was decent, more catchy tunes than anything.
