Jog on son. If you're not prepared to support the team through the good and the bad times, then you're better off supporting Barcelona or Manchester United, who very rarely go through bad spells. Mainly down to the fact they've got about £100m+ a season to spend on players and we're lucky if we've got £3m.

    I'm not picky.
    Totally agree :50:

Really, no matter what player he puts out there, they should have the heart to play and win for Celtic but it seems like a select few either don't give a * or aren't good enough. Or both.

And it worked, you even got me in a slightly more positive mood...for at least 20 seconds then I read through some of the other less positive threads.

I did feel at the begining of the season when he said about winning the league and getting a run in Europe that his one and only focus should be the league and to just see what happens in Europe.
Ahh * it, keep the faith. :celt_2:

Those saying the players let Lenny down.........not the first time we've heard that, is it? Poor management/tactics = individual mistakes. We had lots of individual mistakes under Mowbray, see the trend?

Absolute disgrace conceding a penalty 40 seconds in, one of the most embarassing moments as a Celtic fan for me.

On another note i'm hoping he is part of a developing squad, i've said all along we're in a time where we're trying to rebuild and get the club moving forward again and I think he's got the right ideas about that. As long as he learns and develops at the rate the team does I think we'll be ok in terms of getting a grip on the SPL and leaving Rangers behind.

People need to get real we cant go sacking * managers every time we have a couple of bad results. This team have shown they are good on many occasions but it is still in its infancy. Christ its getting beyond a joke now. We are living within are means now and it is showing in the team end of.

Last thing I want is for Lennon to go. He's made mistakes but he's got to learn from them and this should be the learning point. I don't know why he's playing big Dan because for me he's nothing but a bombscare. I don't feel confident when players run at him or even when he's going up for a header. Scott Brown IS NOT a winger and neither is Joe Ledley. We need to buy and buy fast.

Rebuild? He got some of the 09/10 season and the whole of last season and he's still rebuilding? We need progress now FFS, not in years to come.

Let's face facts, Lennon has failed in every front that's mattered. * the Scottish Cup, the league is the only thing worth bothering about in Scotland.

Right you ya * *. I have been warned twice on this site for bein a * to writers basically, but shut the * up ya *! Bet you weren't sayin that when we hammered rangers 3-0 at home, when we won the scottish cup. I would have agreed if it was mowbray, on a small scale (should never want a manager to leave) but Lennon has been in the job for a year and has had to put up with bomb threats, bullets threats, kicked to * in a public place and attacked at swinecastle and has not been far from bad as manager last season. He won the scottish cup and was agonizingly close to winning the league. * like you * me off.

Say we replace Lennon just now with whoever will take the job. If they fail to win the league, should they be sacked this time next year with a few days remaining in the transfer window? Because any targets we are pursuing just now, the plug will be pulled if he walks. The league is our priority and it isn't won in August.

It'll be funny as *, if we go on to win the league this season, to come back and revisit this thread and ask all of the "Sack Lennon" brigade if they still think the same. How very fickle some of our supporters are :bbpd:

We have to paitient with a new manager. If he came with bags of experiance we could expect instand results, but with Lennon we knew we were taking a risk. We dont have loads of managers with experience dying to mange us.

The speed people change there mind on here is staggering. One minute, were going to take over the world, the next, we lose a few games and its doomsday, sack the manager sack the board etc. Either support your team or dont.

If you want instant success you're supporting the wrong team in the wrong * country. We don't have millions to spend so we can just rebuild a team over night. He has brought in some quality players and with a few extra additions I think we will be getting close to a decent team. It's gonna take time, this is a very hard time for Scottish football not just Celtic.
