I was just having a wee browse on google at celtic and i came across this sheffield wednesday site which they were slagging us off about us losing to THEM at the cis cup final

I laughed at the bit when the person said... glasgows decent team ... meaning rangers

Made me laugh reading it tells u how clueless they are over there

I'm 40 miles from Sheffield. Trust me, they don't have a scooby.

Most people I know down here think its Celtic that have the problem. There is a thing too, about the Irish gaining independance. They really don't know why we did it.

Not everyone is like that, but generally most are.

I was in a taxi the other night & the driver was talking about getting out foreigners to make more jobs & housing.

I said "yeh, good idea. We'd have loads of jobs & houses if only the Saxons would * off back to Germany".

Didn't go down well

 

The majority down here don't care but prefer the huns as they sympathise with unionism.

It would be nice, but as with Scottish football, there is a large right wing contingent in English football.

The possitive of whats going on in Scotland, is that it is at least being addressed.

In my observations in Engirland, it is not really addressed unless it hits the news, but more swept under the carpet. Racisim in football is rife down here.

Worryingly, Sheffield Utd have a large number of fans that are of Asian dessent.

 

hate when clubs like this can even have a thinking in of laughing at our club and dont even have a clue what our rivarlys about, even when looking at the size of our club compared to them support etc is just pathetic, * you yah sheffield diddy bassas

 

I live about 10 minutes away from sheffield and i can confirm that wednesday supporters are *.

 

but we can't just generalise like that

it's depending on their knowledge.

large support of every club and people in general all over the UK and Ireland have the

"Celtic and Rangers are as bad as each other" kind of attitude and just have no idea what its all about and probably dont want to know.

Let them think what they * want, Ive learned not to give a * what Carl "The die hard liverpool fan who has never stepped foot inside Anfield" says about Celtic.

I'm not implying not being able to go to your teams ground makes you any less a fan at all, I just hate the disrespect Celtic get for no reason other than ignorance.

That is SO rife down here now. When I was a kid, it was all Nottingham Forest, now its all ManUtd, & Liverpool..... and even Chelsea.

The local clubs hardly get a thought with young kids now.
