sectarian singing

well boys n girls im at court on monday morning for singing in the street, my particular choice at the time was "hope you die in your sleep nacho novo" when i was lifted. trying to charge me with sectarian singing whatever that is. ill not take it easy though im denying it all the way.

any1 else been up on this

It's a stupid song to be singing. You seem quick to complain about yobbish behaviour from the huns and then go and act like a hun. Go figure.

I don't think it's sectarian though, just loutish.

nothing sectarian about that song. admit its yes in poor taste,and argue that no reasonable person can really think you honestly mean it, argue that while its in poor taste its not certainly not sectarian.
be very polite to the judge, apologize to the court and say how embarrassed & shamed you are etc.
