Usually these things appear on SkySports.com when they're true mate, that's how i cross reference anything i find in newspapers or that.

At the same time though McDonald is of the disposition that he probably would have moaned, whined and complained about not coming on till the 70 oddth minute.

Can't afford to lose him after yesterday. Samaras played brilliant but he's not a good finisher. Fortune is poor at best. and we have no other strikers . except killen
I believe the artical. I think Graham speirs is a good journo. pretty sure he's a tim too.
Agree'd though, nothing in the artical at all, no details. but I don't doubt it happend

They mention a row in the first paragraph and use it as their headline and have nothing to back it up with. At no point does TM mention this row, he just says Scott was disappointed to be on the bench, which there is nothing wrong with. This is just the papers making up stories again.

He may go but I don't think it will be because of a bust up with TM.

It looks like he was on his way out before this read anyway this will be the icing on the cake if its true and if we do loose the wee man then we will struggle more as i have gave sammy all the chances in the world and does not cut it for me and would punt him first so either way we will need to get a replacement in now

Mowbray is right in what he says though, he should do more if he wants to be a starter. Yes he will always score goals and against all levels of opposition but his general attitude and play both aren't very good.

We can do better, sell him for maybe 4million and we could get that Rapid Vienna striker or possibly Marc Janko, both of whom I rate higher.

dont think we can lose him even if he does nothing but score and i would rather have him doing nothing and scoring goals to win games rather than samaras in fortune doing everything but scoring

The wee fella still scores in big games. I'd be concerned if he was relegated to 'impact sub' status, although he did come on for the 2 against Falkirk and of course managed to score yet again against the huns yesterday.

Interesting to note that that we did not win any of the 6 games this season in which Skippy was benched...

Graham speirs is a blue nose by his own admission. he is probably the best football writer in scotland tho. one of the very few huns with a brain

tells you something, hopefully this is not true and just a reaction to him being benched

I'd rather have someone else in before we think about selling scotty (if TM does want to sell him). It would be a shame to see him go because the wee man does know where the goal is!

Who do you think would offer 4/5 mill for him? do you think WGS would have those sort of funds available to him?

Should be one of the first names on the teamsheet.

The guy can moan and complain all he wants as far as I'm concerned.

Our only consistent striker and yet again did the business in the big game yesterday.

He'll go somewhere else and score goals if he gets hounded out at CP and we'll need to shell out a fortune to find another 20+ a season striker.

Wouldn't be surprised if he went, but it would just be the latest balls-up in what is fast becoming a season to forget.

His general work rate may be questionable, but his job is to score goals and this he does.

Sammy is the other side of the coin. No-one can fault his work rate, but if we're gonna rely on him for goals, we can forget it.

Yesterday was all of this in a nutshell. We huffed and puffed for 70 minutes, with Sammy working hard in the engine room, but, apart from Fortuné's 'goal', we were never going to blow the house down.
Skippy came on and within 10 minutes, tested McGregor with a low, hard shot, then put one past him shortly afterwards. To me that speaks volumes.

The Huns should've been on the receiving end of a tanking, and, because of our ineptitude in front of goal, they got a crucial point.

We desperately needed someone to put those chances away. That someone sat on the bench for 70 minutes.
