Lauded as a legend but only turned up against them when they had Jason Holt and Andy Halliday.

The amount of shockers he’s put in against them over the years is unreal.

Davis has made him his * both times, before they died and when they were recreated. Arfield runs rings round him.

Embarrassing excuse of a defensive midfielder.

He wasn’t the worst player, that’s why I didn’t say that.

He was * * though and we had a far better player rotting on the bench.

A DM enforcer that gets ripped apart every single time gets pass marks..

Club legend and always welcome back here (as a fan).

But by * I can not wait to see the back of him now.
    He offers nothing.

He's worse than a man down in the midfield, sits far too deep and allows us to be over ran in the middle - too busy pretending to give support to the back line, he forgets(or is told) to support the midfield.
Games pass him by more often than not now as well.

Honestly, we will be a better footballing side without him.

The only thing people argue in his defence is the need for his character, leadership, determination etc - where? Where has that been the last 18 months?
In the pub with Lennon it would seem.

Said it at the time but he shouldn’t have got offered a new deal when there was talk of him going to Australia.

It was obvious he was slowing down then.

Crazy he’s still here in 2021 never mind still being undroppable.

Brown now gets pass marks for being ‘not the worst’.

That’s how * he is. It’s like when Hamilton celebrate coming 11th as a great season.

Meanwhile we lose trophies while better players watch their careers die from the bench.

His obvious influence is damaging. I'm quite relieved he's out the door if I'm honest. Time to start over.

I love the guy as well, but he was done when we played Copenhagen. Lenny taking over gave him a few more years as they were pals. Kennedy is just a shill who has no testicles. Brown's ego was too huge to admit that he's finished, and it cost us pretty much every minute he played this season.

I can't think of any player in recent memory we've treated worse than Soro. It's actually a disgrace, it really is.

Defensive mid meant to carry you up the pitch, all this * does is fall back between both centre halfs and invites pressure, offers the square root of * all!!

Absolute * stain on our club that he continues to be granted a starting berth. I was not arsed with today’s game at all once I saw he was starting. The mismanagement of this club ran/runs far far deeper than Neil Lennon.

It's a relief that he's leaving at the end of the season. He keeps dropping further back the pitch, he'll be on the six yard box soon.

A season too far for him. This should’ve been the season to phase him out, rather than have him remain a regular starter. Had a good season last season, but so many of us said he was done when we watched him toil game after game at the start of this season. I know the management watch the same game so I can’t fathom why they thought his continued inclusion was justified.

Still a club legend and will be sad to see him go, but I’ll be simultaneously glad we’re being forced to seek a replacement.

Rodgers was trying to phase him out of the team.

Then we find out Rodgers wasn't even party to the contract discussions, it was Lawwell who made the decision to give him a 2 year deal.

    We're a * * outfit.

And the usual apologists fall silent.

But give it til his last game, and they’ll come pouring out and make the BBC’s mourning of Philip look tame.

Should have left 3 - or minimum 2 - years ago, and every one of us to a man knows it.

Zero place for sentiment when we have a club to rebuild.

Remember Rodger was being very tact about the Aus move, not saying he wanted him to stay or go, but that Brown must decide.
