    I honestly wouldn't be that surprised. All managers seem to rate brown, and he's got a lot of qualities that go overlooked.

    I was actually thinking that this might come up, as soon as Dalgleish came in.

    They need a combatitive midfielder to compliment Gerrard, Lucas is a poof.

    Brown is hugely under-rated by us, he's just what Pool need.

    Cant see it happening but would love it if it did. What would we miss if he left? Kayal does the same job as him only better cos he's actually capable of passing a ball (and im not saying Kayal is any world beater).

    As a matter of interest, does anyone know when Brown's contract is up?

    you know i always rated brown and i am sure he will do himself justice if this was true and i spose we have a few midfielders to replace him but i do think he gets a lot of unfair stick
