You should have had an option for neither.

    Both *.

I'd play myself before Brown and I'm *.

Run about, get the ball, head down, move it to far in front of you, lose the ball, run about, run about. Then go the the cashline machine and withdraw some of your massive wages for that *.

I hope Strachan gave Lenny the receipt.

Broony as jarosik always looked like he couldnt give a monkeys!

If i mind right they are 2 differnt style of players! not realy fair trying to judge an attacking midfielder against defensive midfielder.

Jarosik by a mile, did a great job for us on euro nights and although he never quite reached the level we hoped he would, he still chipped in with some vital goals.

Brown is a waste of space

thats a bit harsh. he's been unlucky with injury and family tragedy, and he hasnt had an elder statesman at the club to educate him. i'm hopefull he'll come good. he deserves another crack at it. if by xmas his standards havent risen i'd be looking to offload him then.

If Scott Brown scored goals it would be an easy choice.

I'm tired of hearing excuses for the guy, he's had 3 years.

He never delivers in the big games and does nothing except charge about like a nutter when he is fit.

He's a defensive midfield spoiler at best.

Jarosik, performed better in bigger games, also has the best fall in Celtic history during the Man U game for Naka's freekick.

Brown is a headless chicken, adds nothing to the team and has been living off the fact that he might come good since he arrived, gave him his due after his family tradgedy but no excuse for the years after that.

Jarosik had more impact with one dodgy fall at Old Trafford and a left-footed volley against Shakhtar than Brown has had in 3 years as a first team regular.

It's not that Jarosik was particularly good or Brown is particularly bad, but Brown has very little defining impact on big games. Not every player can be the main man but you'd expect far more from our Captain and someone said to be a "midfield dynamo".

i think if JJ had a quarter of games that brown has had he would have been a great player for us. said before on here wgs never gave him a decent chance and in the games he did play he played him up front as he was big rather than in the centre mid which was his position

Jarosik did do a few things. Won the free kicks for Naka to score against Man U twice and he scored v Shakhtar. Brown needs to improve.

You have posed us a very tough challenge.Brown and Jarosik are both very good players and personal favourites of mine.

I would just give Scott Brown the edge, but Jiri Jarosik was a cracking player too, and never quite got the opportunity to prove how good he was with Celtic, due to being shunted all across the midfield by Strachan.
