    I think its perfectly legitimate to do it, its about expressing disgust with the people who are ruining the team you love, not about saying "* you Celtic".
    Its no different to Spanish Fans waving white hankies.

    I hope it was scarves being thrown that gave the board the wake-up call they've needed since Sept/Oct.

    I'm with you Jesambuy. I haven't changed my scarf for a long time, since I started following Celtic. That scarf has been held up, when belting out YNWA - at some very proud champions league matches.

    Throwing a scarf onto the pitch is symbolic, its saying that we,the suporters, will not stand for what is happening to our club.

    i think its just a wee bit different to wee hankies in the air!
    the borard dont need to look at scarfs on the side of the park
    to know when something aint working!
