    Mods sorry if this is in the wrong section, no offence intended. Have any member seen a more obvious Tim than our Rod? watched his programme the other night, Rod Stewart "One night only" and it struck me that any time you see the guy he never fails to mention the hoops. His drummer has the club crest on his bass drum for * sake, he had a wee tour of his house in Essex with the whole football park thing and he was proud as punch to show the cameras his changing room complete with full Celtic kit on every hanger. Now I know there are loads of you that will say I pay my season book blah blah blah but this guy has his whole reputation to loose yet still says * you Im a Tim thanks very much. Seen him a few times live and the huns always boo at the your Celtic United line but the bold bhoy doesn't give a *. In my opinion he is a true Tim and for a celeb to be so into a club and so obvious about it says a lot about the guy. Hail Hail

    I watched him on the Piers Morgan show thing on CNN a couple of month ago and Piers said to him something about whats the greatest thing in your life and Rod replied "What apart from Celtic?" :56: and on his mantlepeice behind them sitting in his living room you could see a wee line of Celtic figures, he mentioned Celtic about 5 times in a 1 hour interview. :50:

    Marie, thanks for moving that, like I said ,not sure where to put it but now it seems obvious. Aye my point was every time you see him he is loud and proud, no matter where or when he always gets the hoops in. Loads of celebs profess to be tims but its always an awkward question for them, not for the Rod fella, he's like "aye my team is the hoops now what do you want to talk about". I was brought up a fan of his coz ma big sister was, so back in the day that was how we learned about music, through our siblings but we had no idea back then he was a Tim.Would I be such an ardent fan of his if he was a Hun? maybe, coz I think the guy is pure class, but he aint and I am lol

    Saw him twice in concert. One in Glasgow SECC, and the other in Belfast. The Belfast concert was by far the better of the two. He had the videos of Celtic playing in the b/g and pics of him in the Hoops etc.

    Sheer class.

    Saw him twice in Belfast.

    2nd was a bit of a disaster,everything was going fine until they had a massive union jack on the big screens on his stage,killed the night.

    At least those that go are not too biased that they dont go to see him.I seen him at Hampden about 2000......and there was a big boo section there....but it was still a great atmosphere!I love him.....great character!
