hooper has scored in the 2 friendlies and a bounce game he played in and scored over 50 in the last 2 seasons.

Stokes scored 23 last season, and has scored us 1 and got a penalty, which murphy scored.

murphy has scored 2 in his last 2, so all the strikers lennon has brought in have been doing ok, they are still finding their feet and getting to know each other, with every training session and game they play they will get stronger and become familiar with their surroundings, and in turn gain confidence:50:

How can anyone disagree with the fact that the Bundesliga is better than the SPL? He didnt mock us either, he just said there are two good teams and the rest are average if I remember correctly.

Mainz are top of the Bundesliga at the moment winning all 4 of their games, can't argue too much with what he's said.

don;t know how you can say that buddy, lets face it the bundesliga is better than the spl, fact whats wrong with saying it?

why try and * the guy up even more lennon never gave him a chance in the first place so why waste more money on his wages and the guys time on the bench?

mabe try and stop being so bitter mabe?

Can we recall him, sometimes these deals are not as straight forward, and we would more than likely have a very unhappy guy.

do not see the need to recall him at all, yeah he may have scored a couple of important goals coming off the bench, but did not think he was really outstanding either the few games he did start, feel we have better and more mobile options at the moment...would also like to make some of yous aware of the fact that apart from his first game for mainz he really has not done that well...yes he scored in his first couple of games and strikers are usually judged on goals, but he was substituted after 70 minutes in his first game, after 60 minutes in both his second and third game and did not even make the bench for the fourth game against bremen, despite being fully fit...so it may not be all as it seems

the 2 didnt see eye to eye and he done naff all in pre-season. Look at Samaras, he has his place in the squad because of pre-season. Though he has done nothing of late in the past few games.

    Who Samaras ?

Thats who a was on about.

Just saying if Rass had done better in pre-season he may have had a bigger look-in for the squad. But i heard him and lenny didnt get on.

I don't get why ppl have been on hes back due to weight - he scores goals - is that not the point? And obviously he would be able to withstand fall/winter games...

All the best to him - Mainz will probably keep him, as he is off to a good start, and definatly will get more playing time there before christmas, than he did total @ Celtic.

Why7 is it everyone wants a team of Messis? No Cantona, Gasgoine, Molby or whoever mentioned...? The best teams throughout history have been compiled of different types in order to get a group dynamic going.
